Memberships

If you don't have dental insurance, we invite you to sign up for one of our In-House Membership Plans to enjoy a range of benefits. Dr. Walters has created three custom plans to help you on your journey to a healthy smile. Call our office for details.

Dental insurance options

We are in-network with some PPO insurance plans and are considered an Unrestricted Provider by most others. As a courtesy, we are happy to handle all forms and submissions of your dental insurance claims in a timely manner.

Please research your policy ahead of time, to be aware of any limitations of the benefits provided. Quotes for coverage are only estimates and not a guarantee of your insurance company’s payment. Many variables affect insurance reimbursement, and you are ultimately responsible for all charges related to your treatment.
